President Trump made the right choice in renewing sanctions on Maduro’s autocratic regime.

President Trump is deeply convinced that many of his foreign policy decisions are aimed at rectifying the mistakes of the Biden administration. When it comes to Venezuela, he’s absolutely right. Since taking office, the Trump administration has realized the Biden administration’s errors in dealing with the Maduro regime and taken steps to restore the hostile attitude towards Caracas that characterized his first administration.
